Following checkout, please email us at info@blueblossoms.online with a few images of bouquets that inspire you along with some descriptive words that help us understand the look and feel that you're going for. We will do our best to create a bouquet that is uniquely yours.
Other Order Details:
- If you would like specific color in your bouquet, please describe it in your email to us so we can find the perfect ribbon for you. We do not accommodate special flower requests for the Standard Bridal Bouquet.
- If you would like specific flowers, please inquire about our Standard or Large Bridal Bouquets, which range from $195 to $250.
- In general, the size runs approximately 12 inches in circumference
- We require one week from your online purchase to complete your bouquet
- Vases are not included
- Bridal Bouquets include complimentary delivery to your desired location! You may choose to pick up the bouquet if you would like.
Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges.
If you are not satisfied with our products please do the following steps:
1. Take picture immediately after receiving your flowers and noticing the issue.
2. Contact us immediately describing in details the issue and attach picture for reference. Submit to email info@blueblossoms.online
3. We will review and contact you within 2 business days.
4. If refund is applicable we will refund the money using the payment method originally used to submit the order.

Wilted flowers complaints due to the failure of unwrapping, cutting stems and placing flowers into the water will not be honored.
