FAQ

Do you have an order deadline?

Yes. Same day orders can be submitted until 11:00 am each day Monday through Saturday.

* Flower Box must be ordered at least one day in advance. 

 

Flowers will be different than pictured?

YES. As we only buy seasoned and local flowers, try to reduce as much waste as possible and also make our work more fun, we offer the style and "feel" of the bouquet, however, specific flower and color combination will differ each time.

Currently we offer following styles: 

Romantic- We usually use combination of Spray Roses, Roses, Ranunculus, Lisianthus Flowers, Scabiosa, Aster Matsumoto, Snapdragon, Protea, Freesia, etc. 

Wildflower- We usually use combination of Ranunculus, Lisianthus Flowers, Aster Matsumoto, Thistle, Craspedia, Eryngium, Cornflower, Delphinium, Yarrow, Gomphrena  etc.

Colorful- We usually use combination of Roses, Spray Roses, Ranunculus, Lisianthus Flowers, Delphinium, Dahlia, Aster Matsumoto, Queen Anne's Lace, Protea etc.  

Classic- We usually use combination of all white flowers including Roses, Spray Roses, Lisianthus Flowers, Stock, Snapdragon, Tulips etc. 

If you DO NOT wish a specific flower please notify us immediately via e-mail info@blueblossoms.online and we will work with your order to avoid unwanted flower options 

 

What is a Flower Box?

A flower box is our signature creation. Our regular flower box consists of 20 small bouquets, each made with love, care separately wrapped. They can be used as party favors for Weddings, Baby showers, Birthday parties or any other way you prefer. Sometimes our clients have specific requests such as the color scheme or specific flowers. Please notify us immediately if you have such requests at info@blueblossoms.online 

Box is included in the price and order must be placed at least one day in advance. Each small bouquet is carefully wrapped and has a foam with water inside. They will last approximately 8-12 hours without the water.  

 

Can I select the flowers?

No. Every day we buy fresh flowers from local growers and farmers markets. We base our selection on season, availability and imagination. This is the most sustainable way and reduces waste. We create one bouquet of each style. If you do not wish specific flowers in your bouquet please e-mail us at info@blueblossoms.online 

 

Where do we deliver?

Our fresh flower arrangements are delivered in Santa Barbara, Montecito, Carpinteria, Summerland, Isla Vista, and Goleta Monday through Saturday for a $12 fee.

 

By what time flowers will be delivered?

Orders will be delivered to business and residential addresses between 1pm to 6pm on the day you request them to be delivered. If you have a desired delivery time please e-mail us at info@blueblossoms.online. We can't promise to meet the exact delivery time, but will do our best to accommodate your request. 

 

Can I request specific delivery time?

No, we calculate the most efficient route on the day, which helps keep the price of our offerings down. If you have a desired delivery time please e-mail us at info@blueblossoms.online. We can't promise to meet the exact delivery time, but will do our best to accommodate your request. . 

 

What days do you operate?

We deliver Monday through Saturday, except on major holidays (please see our hours on our Google listing). We remain open on certain holidays that fall on weekends, such as Mothers' Day and Valentines Day.

 

Can I include a personal message with my order?

Yes of course! When you order your flowers there is a message box that says 'Message to recipient?". This is where you can write your message to the recipient. Don`t forget to sign it too unless you prefer to stay anonymous.  If you feel you went passed this point and didn't fill it out right, you will receive a confirmation email that will include the message chosen.  If you are still unsure, our email is info@blueblossoms.online where you can reach us immediately within business hours 10am to 3pm. 

 

What if the recipient isn't at the delivery address to receive their flowers?

If the recipient is not at the delivery address at the time of deliver, we’ll do our best to find a discreet and shady spot for the flowers. Our flower arrangements come with a wet foam inside is they are hand wrapped to give them water for a handful of hours. We strongly advise putting our hand wrapped flower arrangements in a vase with fresh water as soon as they are received to preserve their freshness.

 

What is your refund policy?

Returns and Refunds:

Due to the nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges.

If you are not satisfied with our products please do the following steps:

1. Take picture immediately after receiving your flowers and noticing the issue.

2. Contact us immediately describing in details the issue and attach picture for reference. Submit to email info@blueblossoms.online

3. We will review and contact you within 2 business days.

4. If refund is applicable we will refund the money using the payment method originally used to submit the order.

Small script:

As described every bouquet is unique and different. Product picture is a reference for the style and "feel""of the bouquet but individual flowers and exact color combination can vary.

Wilted flowers complaints due to the failure of unwrapping, cutting stems and placing flowers into the water will not be honored.
