Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges to our products.

If you are not satisfied with our flowers or products please:

1. Take a picture immediately when you receive it and notice the problem.

2. Contact us immediately notifying us what exactly is your complaint and add a picture.

3. We will investigate your claim in 2 work days, notify you with our resolution and apply refund within 10 business days if applicable. 

Wilted flowers due to the failure of not cutting their stems and placing into the water will not be refunded.

Some petals might break off during shipping. Please use your consideration before submitting your claim.

As described on product page we promise the look and "feel" of the bouquet but each arrangement is unique therefore might look different than picture on the product page.
